Sales Account Manager

As a Sales Account Manager, Emma handles projects that range from the start of the quoting and sales process to the enrollment and renewal of clients. She also does important behind-the-scenes administrative work. Before joining the ABC team, she was a college student working in retail and customer service, which she believes made her the excellent worker she is today and made her transition to working with clients a smooth one.

Not only do I get to be an account manager, but I’ve been able to work in marketing, customer service, sales, data entry, and everything else in between. Also, any chance I get to make a deeper connection with a client, whether that be via phone, Zoom, or in-person meetings, I hop on that opportunity.”

What to Know About Emma

Coming from quaint and rural Enumclaw, Washington, Emma received her Bachelor’s Degree from Central Washington University in English with a specialization in professional and creative writing. While at Central she discovered a passion for business and marketing, specifically with web design and technical writing. As a creative writing major, it’s no surprise that Emma is an avid reader, but she also likes to incorporate that with her love for history. A fun fact about her is that she is a collector of antique and first- edition novels. There is a good chance you could find her lost and happy in the local used-bookstore. Emma is quite close to her large family and siblings and loves her dog and four cats. She has an affinity for all animals. She’s had the opportunity to build a special bond with horses and is proud to have rescued several animals throughout her life. You can count on her to spend time doing just about anything outdoors, but shredding on her mountain bike is her favorite.
