Ahola Benefit Consultants was founded on a simple conviction: Washington employers deserve big-firm benefits expertise from people who know their name.
How We Started
Founded in Cle Elum. Trusted across Washington.
In 2017, Nicole Ahola founded Ahola Benefit Consultants with more than a decade of industry experience and a belief that employee benefits had drifted too far from the people they exist to serve. Plans had become paperwork. Brokers had become call centers. Employers were left translating fine print alone.
ABC was built as the alternative: an independent, relationship-driven consultancy where every client — from the Puget Sound to the Columbia Basin — works with a real person who knows their business, their team, and their plan inside out.
Today, we serve 175+ businesses and more than 3,000 insured lives across Western and Central Washington, from our home office in Cle Elum, in the heart of the Cascades.
